Clear the path first
Move every vehicle, trash can and basketball hoop out of the approach. Our trucks need a straight run to back in and cannot maneuver around obstacles on a narrow driveway.
Watch for low branches and utility lines — the box tilts high off the truck bed as it rolls off.
Mark the exact spot
A cone, a chalk line or a piece of cardboard where you want the door end to face saves a lot of guesswork. Remember the rear door swings open, so leave room behind it.
Boards are on us
Every delivery includes protective boards under the container rails. If your driveway is fresh asphalt, sealcoated within the last year, or laid in pavers, tell us when you book so the driver brings extra.
